Corporate wellness — common questions

What is an EAP, and how is Saantvana's different?
An employee assistance programme gives your team confidential access to mental health support paid for by the employer. Saantvana adds a verified multilingual expert network, validated clinical assessments and aggregate-only analytics, so HR gets a real picture of workforce wellbeing without ever seeing an individual's data.
What exactly can HR see?
Only aggregated, de-identified trends — participation, domain-level wellbeing movement and programme uptake — and only once a cohort is large enough to protect anonymity. Individual assessment scores, journal entries, companion conversations and session notes are never visible to an employer.
Which languages are supported for a distributed workforce?
English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and Punjabi across the app, the AI companion and the expert directory — which matters for plants, campuses and support centres outside metro cities.
Are the professionals verified?
Yes. Every expert on the panel completes identity and qualification checks, and regulated professions have their registration confirmed with the issuing authority before they can be listed or invited to a panel.
Can we run workshops and awareness sessions?
Organisation admins can invite panel experts to run workshops, webinars, manager sensitisation sessions and themed awareness programmes, and track requests and scheduling from the organisation expert panel.
How do employees access it?
Employees join through an invite link, then use the AI companion, assessments, journeys, peer circles and expert bookings the same way any Saantvana member does. Their account is theirs — the employer funds access, not visibility.
How do we get started?
Contact us with your headcount, locations and language mix. We'll set up your organisation, help you build a preferred expert panel and share a rollout plan for the first quarter.
