For Kerala leadership teams

Corporate wellness in Kerala, measured like any other business programme

Most corporate wellness in India stops at an annual seminar and a gym reimbursement. Leadership cannot tell whether it worked, so budget is the first thing cut.

Saantvana runs the programme end to end — clinical support, manager capability, and anonymised measurement — so the wellbeing line in your board pack is grounded in validated instruments rather than a feedback form.

  • Board-ready reporting
  • Manager training
  • 10 languages
  • Validated instruments

Signals leadership usually notices first

  • Engagement scores falling in one business unit while overall numbers hold
  • High performers resigning with 'personal reasons' cited in exit interviews
  • Managers escalating people problems they were never trained to hold
  • A wellness budget spent without a single number to defend it

The three layers we run

  1. 1

    Individual care

AI companion, validated assessments, guided journeys, moderated peer circles and verified experts — available to every employee on the panel.

  2. 2

    Manager capability

Short, practical training on spotting distress, holding a first conversation, referring cleanly, and staying inside privacy boundaries.

  3. 3

    Leadership measurement

Quarterly wellbeing trend lines built from WHO-5 and burnout instruments, reported at cohort level only, alongside uptake and theme data.

What honest measurement looks like

We report three things: how many people engaged, what themes they engaged with, and how measured wellbeing moved over time. We do not report who, and we do not report cohorts small enough to guess who.

Where a cohort is too small, the dashboard says so rather than showing a number your managers could misread. That restraint is what makes the rest of the reporting trustworthy.

Designed around Kerala's workforce

Kerala organisations often combine local staff, migrant workers from other states, and employees whose families live abroad. Each group needs a different door into support: language, timing and stigma all differ.

The programme covers all three — Malayalam-first care for local staff, Hindi and Bengali for migrant teams, and asynchronous support for anyone working across time zones.

For Kerala leadership teams: common questions

How is this different from an insurance-linked wellness benefit?
Insurance benefits are reactive and claim-based. This programme is preventive: it puts a free first step in front of every employee and only escalates to paid sessions when the person wants one.
Can we run it for one site before rolling it out?
Yes. Most organisations start with a single site or business unit for a quarter, review uptake and wellbeing movement, then extend the panel.
Do you provide workshops on site?
Workshops and manager briefings can be delivered online across India, and in person in Kerala's major cities. Content is adapted to your sector rather than delivered from a generic deck.
Who owns the data?
The employee owns their record. The organisation receives only aggregated, anonymised reporting, and employees can export or delete their own data at any time.
