Backups are managed by our infrastructure provider and are never accessible to anyone outside the founding team. Restoring is a last-resort operation and is logged in the audit trail.

Data retention

We keep the minimum data needed to give you a useful service. You can export or erase your data any time from your account settings.

Incident history

No incidents recorded

When a user-impacting incident occurs, we publish a public post-mortem here within 72 hours. Sub-resource degradations are noted on the live status panel above.

How we respond to incidents

    Automated health checks + user reports trigger an on-call alert within minutes.

    We isolate the affected system, switch to read-only if needed, and protect user data first.

    Communicate
    We update this page and email affected users within 1 hour of confirming user impact.

    Recover
    We restore service from the most recent clean backup or warm replica.

    Learn
    A blameless post-mortem is published within 72 hours with concrete fixes.
